If you received your child's math test today and were surprised by his or her low score, I likely am as well. The reason being, during the week, many students appeared to know what they were doing during class activities. Some of the mistakes students made were silly. It was often the result of not knowing multiplication facts.
If you are looking at your child's work and they weren't just silly mistakes, but he or she somehow failed to master the content, please have him or her go to Khan Acadamy this weekend to watch these videos. Once he or she has finished the videos, print this worksheet out for him or her and see if he or she can correctly solve the problems.
