Parents,
It is important that all families have the correct blue or
green placard in their vehicle. We realize that during the course of a school
year, these placards are lost, misplaced, or wear down. The placards must be
replaced when this occurs.
In an effort to reinforce our secure, student pick-up
system, we would like to re-issue any placards that may be lost, destroyed, or
have been created at home. We do require that the placards used are the ones
created by Archway Arete. This is true for those who pick up in vehicles and
walk up to the playground gate. If you are in need of any replacement placards
for ones that have been lost or destroyed, or if you need to replace a
non-Archway created placard, please email Mr. Posner at jposner@archwayarete.org.
When e-mailing, please include the following information:
Student(s) last name and first name
Class Section, ie. 4A, 3B
Pick up time: 2:45 Archway Only or 3:20 Prep Sibling
Beginning, Monday, February 23rd, these are the only
placards that will be accepted. If the vehicle being used for pick-up is
missing a placard or has a different placard, we will ask that the driver come
into the office to fill out a new one.
